Return & Refund Policy
At Tabor Beautii, your satisfaction matters to us. Due to the personal nature of cosmetic products and for the health and safety of all customers, we maintain the following Return & Refund Policy.
Return Eligibility
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date if they meet all of the following conditions:
- Unopened
- Unused
- Untampered with
- In their original packaging
- In resellable condition
Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
No Refunds
Tabor Beautii does not offer refunds to the original payment method.
Approved returns will receive store credit for the value of the eligible merchandise after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Final Sale Items
The following items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, store credit, or refunds:
- Opened products
- Used or swatched products
- Tampered products
- Sale or clearance items
- Limited-edition products
- Mystery Lip purchases
- Products marked as Final Sale
- Gift cards (if offered)
Mystery Lip Purchases
Mystery Lip purchases are intentionally designed as surprise products. By purchasing a Mystery Lip, you understand that the shade is selected at random and that the surprise is part of the experience. For this reason, Mystery Lip purchases are Final Sale.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
To help us review your request, please provide:
- A clear, continuous, unedited video showing the package upon opening
- The shipping label
- The shipping packaging
- The affected product(s)
Additional information may be requested if necessary.
Requests submitted after 72 hours may not qualify for replacement or store credit.
Return Authorization
Please do not return products without contacting us first.
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for completing your return.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- An incorrect item was shipped by Tabor Beautii
- The product arrived damaged
- An order fulfillment error occurred on our end
Promotional Items
If your purchase qualified for a free promotional item, the promotional item must also be returned when returning the qualifying merchandise. If it is not returned, its value may be deducted from the issued store credit.
