Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Domestic & International Shipping
Tabor Beautii proudly ships both within the United States and internationally.
Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier.
Shipping Delays
Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.
Weather conditions, carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery times.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered, Tabor Beautii cannot guarantee successful delivery.
This policy also applies to orders purchased as gifts.
Returned to Sender
If an order is returned to Tabor Beautii due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact the customer using the email address provided at checkout.
Customers will have 30 days to respond.
During that time, customers may choose to:
- Pay the applicable shipping fee to have the order reshipped, or
- Receive store credit for the value of the eligible merchandise (excluding shipping charges).
If no response is received within 30 days, the merchandise may be returned to inventory and the order considered closed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a shipment has been marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you are unable to locate it, we recommend:
- Checking around your delivery location
- Asking household members or neighbors
- Contacting your local post office
- Filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier
Tabor Beautii is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs agency.
These fees are not included in your purchase total.
