1. What is a pre-order?
A pre-order allows you to reserve your favorite Tabor Beautii products before they’re officially available. By pre-ordering, you guarantee your items are secured and among the first to ship once they’re ready.
2. When will my order ship?
All pre-orders placed now will ship by January 2, 2025. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way!
3. Why should I pre-order?
Pre-ordering ensures you:
- Secure your must-have products before they sell out.
- Be the first to experience our exclusive re-launch items.
4. How will I know my order has shipped?
Once your pre-order is processed and shipped, we’ll send you an email (and SMS if you’ve opted in) with your tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.
5. Can I cancel or modify my pre-order?
Because we produce items based on pre-orders, cancellations or modifications are not guaranteed. Please contact us at taborbeautii@gmail.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
6. What happens if there’s a delay?
We aim to ship all pre-orders on time, but in the rare event of a delay, we’ll notify you immediately and keep you updated on your order status.
7. How long will it take to receive my order after it ships?
Once shipped, your order should arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.
8. Do pre-orders qualify for free shipping?
Yes, pre-orders over $40 qualify for free shipping—but there’s a catch! To unlock free shipping, you’ll need to join the Beautii Squad by signing up for emails and SMS. Once you’ve opted in, you’ll receive an exclusive code to apply at checkout.
Here’s how it works:
- Sign up for emails and SMS when prompted on our website (via popup).
- Receive your exclusive free shipping code.
- Apply the code at checkout on orders over $40.
💡 Note: Free shipping is only available for customers who opt in and use their code. Without opting in, standard shipping rates apply.
